Celebrate your child’s special day with an “Adopt and Paint” party at Hello Art Studio! You sit back and relax while your child and friends have a great time. Each artist receives a small themed stuffie to keep then paints a portrait of their new friend on canvas. We even clean up the mess!

Adopt and Paint Party Themes (ages 6-11):

Party format:
Our parties take place on Saturdays from 3-4:30pm. You'll have our entire studio to yourselves for 90 minutes with an expert teacher leading the way. We have two large rooms, one for art making and one for food. We spend the first 75 minutes or so creating a step by step painting (with lots of room for creative variations). The last 15 minutes or so are spent singing HBD, taking photos and sharing simple treats and drinks that you provide. Parents of guests are welcome to drop off and go or stay. Participating guests must be ages 5+.

Cost:
$375 for the first 0-10 artists
(includes the birthday child)
$25 per artist beyond the first 10 (maximum 20)

Decorations:
You're welcome to bring decorations, but most people don’t. The studio is pretty festive looking already! Take a video tour here.

Food:
Please bring simple treats and drinks to share. Something like cupcakes, donuts or cookies works well. Some parents like to also bring prepackaged snacks, which is fine. Don’t forget plates, napkins, and a candle. We do not have a freezer or refrigerator. No pizza or full meals please.

Goody Bags:
You're welcome to bring goody bags, or let the art/stuffies act as goody bags.

Younger Siblings and Guests:
Our paint parties are designed for birthday children ages 6 and up. Guests can be as young as 5. If a younger or special needs child requires adult assistance, we ask that a designated adult stay with them during the party.

Step 3: Book Your Party
-Click a yellow button.
-Find your date, click “more info”, then register your child.
-Select your theme at checkout.
-Pay the $375 fee to book the date.

$375 pays for up to 10 artists. Invite your guests, max 20. Any artists beyond 10 cost an additional $25 each and can be paid for after the party is over. If you need to cancel we can reschedule but no refunds will be given.

Step 4: Party Time!
We’ll email you a few days before the party asking for an estimated headcount for our set up purposes. On the day of the party, the host family should arrive ~15 minutes early, and guests at start time. Bring simple treats and drinks and we’ll take care of the rest! Parents of guests are welcome to drop off and go or stay. Parents who want to hang out and chat are welcome to sit in the food room during the art portion of the party.
